To process payments conveniently, Petite Bookstore accepts all major credit cards through Paypal. You do not have to open, have or become a Paypal account for your payment to be processed. You are just using them this one time to pay for your purchase. Petite Bookstore has a completely SSL secure, encrypted server. Paypal is a securely, encrypted payment provider of SSL technology as well. So you are completely protected.
Privacy:

Returns:
At Petite Bookstore customer service is everything! You may return any book, for any reason, within seven days of receiving it – for a full refund. (The item must be returned as it was received and return shipping is to be paid by you.) Handmade items are non-refundable. However, please contact us - as we want to know about any issues you may have.
Shipping:
Please allow 48 hours for your item to be processed and shipped. We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. If an order is placed on Friday, it will not ship until Monday. You will receive an email confirmation when the item has shipped. Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions.
Continental US: Petite Bookstore ships via USPS. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
International Shipping:
We only ship Stampington/Somerset Publications internationally . Not books, unless they fit into the Global Priority Flat Rate Envelope (because, that is all we use). If it fits and the USPS will ship a Global Priority Flat Rate Envelope to your country - the cost $15 International & $11 Canada. We will invoice you for the cost of postage. We cannot fit more than two publications in each envelope. Please go ahead and purchase the publications off the website. After you have paid the postage invoice, we will mail off your order. However, the U.S.P.S. will not allow more than two publication per envelope. The United State Post has become very fussy about over stuffed Global Priority Envelopes.
