I don't know what has happened to the U.S.P.S.

Just this week alone, they have destroyed two calender and lost two overseas Global Priority Envelopes to Australia! When they left my house, they were wrapped well and had the correct amount of postage! Because, I know how our postal system is!  It is driving me nuts, I just don't have time for lousy service. Not to mention what it does to my customer service and what people think of my business.

Here's the problem, I don't have anymore copies of this publication to mail out to replace the missing package. Nor do I have anymore copies of this issue either!

I have only one Somerset Life Calender left!

So I have made an decision to go with FedEx. I am completely throwing in the towel on the our postal system. I just can't trust them with my Christmas orders or my reputation!

Oh, Tedi, I'm sooo sorry you've had such a bad experience! I definitely wish our USPS could do better, and with proper staffing they can. They did before. But now, with all the cutbacks and shifting of employees from one site to another, and paycuts to boot, it's really just a shame. I hope you have a much better experience with Fed-Ex. xoxo AndieBee

    Oh Tedi,
I am SO sorry to hear you have had so much trouble with the USPS recently. I cannot imagine your frustration and don't blame you at all for switching to FedEx. I hear really good things about them and hope it all goes well for you. I am the MMP-er who mentioned during chat that I went to Meredith College there in Raleigh - remember me?

    Hi Tedi,

(((HUGS))) I can understand your frustration. Like yourself, I do care how soon my customers receive my package and the condition they are in.
I am glad you took the right step to select a new postal vendor. I hope deliveries will be smooth from now onwards.

    Take care.

Tedi I am so sorry you have had such trouble with the USPS knock on wood they have been good to me so far, I am going to keep my fingers crossed since they are only 4 blocks away and within walking distance. The Fed Ex would be a half hour drive for me - have a great week - hugs sassy gail

Oh Tedi I am so sorry, it is annoying when you are relying on someone else to do a job and they fail. Our posties have been on strike the last few weeks for 2 days per week, they agreed to call it off last week. I think they realised with small business etc and the run up to Christmas, they were losing trade to other couriers. Hope you can source your books for your orders. Good Luck Hugs x

I'm sorry, that really stinks. UPS, does have awesome service. I've gotten things that I've ordered the very next day.

This is very frustrating! I had to start a trace this morning. I will be interested to hear how you feel Fed Ex service is.
